As the tropical storm (or not) named Sonia (or not) washes Cabo San Lucas clean (or not) we are again anchored in San Carlos Mexico. The San Carlos anchorage is famous for having two “windows” in the upwind hills. Right now the wind is blowing hard from exactly the significant direction. The boats to our west are pointed west, and the boats to our east are pointed east. We see nothing but boat butt.

We’re trying not to take it personally.

Indecently, the hill splitting the wind is named “Tetas de Cabra.” It’s a pretty good name.

Hopefully we get our visas and are on Baja by the end of the week.
