Anchored in front of the Soggy Peso in Bahia Algodones (San Carlos/Guaymas), where we started this loop last October, after a pleasant 11 hour (70 mile) crossing.

This is the first long passage in a long, long time that we haven’t been greeted by dolphins as we came onto the land. It may have had something to do with the shrimper that dumped his dead stinky by-catch right in front of us. Even the pelicans wouldn’t touch the squalor.

A few weeks of clean-up, fix-up, and working on perfecting our tans before we haul the boat and head home.
